Billy O’Connor

🇮🇪 My name is Billy O Connor ( @billys_barber ), I am from Limerick, Ireland. I started out my career in 2000. In 2019 I took a leap of faith and moved to a much bigger premises. Over the last couple of years I have recruited a great group of lads, who are destined to take the Barber world by storm. I use a booking system in my shop, which is great for my clients, as they are guaranteed the time and space for their individual needs. I have recently added colour to the Barber shop, I have worked extremely hard to master this and for which I am extremely proud of, but also would like to bring my colour work to the next level. I have also started to perfect my haircutting skills and techniques by studying all the latest techniques and trends and I believe that we can all learn things from other Barbers in the industry. In 2021 I had an amazing opportunity, having a 2 day workshop in my Barber Shop with @Greatbritishbarberbash, which I am delighted to say will take place in Manchester in 2022. Also in 2021 I was the Runner-up in the Keune Hairstylist Awards and I am also a finalist in the HBA UK, which has made even hungier to keep learning.
