Allie Bussa

Allie Bussa is a Las Vegas-based barber with 4.5 years of experience in the industry. She is currently an educator for JRL Professional, a leading tool company in the barber industry, and H14, a luxury men’s grooming line. Her journey into barbering was unexpected, as she initially pursued college studies in Sports Broadcasting but later found her passion in cutting hair.

Growing up with a hairstylist mother, Allie never considered a career in hair until her mom suggested it. After discovering barbering through online images and being captivated by the art and culture of it, she enrolled in barber school. Allie’s dedication to learning and improving her skills led her to compete in barbering competitions, where she placed in all five of them. She believes that competing boosted her confidence and paved the way for her career in education.

Allie’s future goals include becoming a trailblazer and leader in the barbering industry. As a female barber, she aims to inspire and support others in the field, especially women, to feel accepted and worthy in their careers. Despite her relatively short time in the industry, Allie is determined to achieve more in the future.
